Christ and the Temple

In John 2, Jesus tells the Jews, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” At that time, the Jews got up and ran wild, saying, “How can you build this temple that our ancestors built over 46 years in three days? However, the words Jesus said about his temple, but the Jews did not understand them and misunderstood them, so they rushed like a swarm of bees to kill Jesus.

The Jerusalem Temple is nothing more than a building that God gave to the Israelites as a type of Jesus Christ to come. However, for the people of Israel, the Jerusalem Temple was the only place where they could meet God, and it was also the center of their lives, so it is inconceivable that the Jerusalem Temple would disappear. But a poor man appeared and said that he would demolish the temple and build it in three days. This is an act of trampling on the pride of the Jews, and furthermore, an act of blasphemy against God. From the point of view of the Jews, it is enough to cause outrage.

However, after Jesus was resurrected, the truly visible temple in Jerusalem was completely destroyed by the Romans, and the true holy temple of Christ was built in the hearts of the Israelites who believed in Jesus. This is the true holy temple of God that believers longed for. Jesus also told this to demolish buildings built with human hands and believe in his own body, a temple.

Even today, if Jesus came like a thief in front of Christians, abolished all worship in the chapel until now and said, “Tell me to believe,” how would Christians react? Probably, everyone with double wicks in their eyes will dismiss Jesus, who came through people like a thief, as a heresy, and will immediately catch him and kill him. This is because, until now, no cult has ever said that they believe in themselves until the abolition of worship. This is the difference between man living in darkness and the Son of God.

As humans living in darkness, no matter how much they are God's people, they can never know the deep will of God. Only the Son of God can know the deep will of God. Therefore, in order for man to know the deep will of God, he must be born again into Christ. But how could those who rejected Jesus at that time know the deep will of God? Likewise, today's Christians, too, have lived as God's people under the law of the Holy Spirit until now, but they can never know the deep will of God until they believe in the Son who has come to the Gentiles and are born again into Christ.

All that God gave the people of Israel the Law and made them live by the ordinances of the Law was given as a type of Christ to come. But none of the people of Israel know this. Because they do not know the deep will of God, they are arguing about the Son who came to fulfill the Father's will. If they had known the will of God, they would never have taken such action. This is the proof that even God's people live in darkness.

The Holy Spirit was given to the Gentiles who call on the name of Jesus today and that they can worship in the name of Jesus according to the law of the Holy Spirit, as a type of Christ who will come like a thief before the Gentiles. But none of the Christians know this. Because they do not know the deep will of God, they are arguing about the Son who came to fulfill the Father's will. If Christians had properly understood the will of God, they would never do that to their son. This is proof that even Christians live in darkness.

If Christ is in the hearts of Christians, they should have stopped worshiping God in the chapel sooner or later. However, the fact that they are still gathering in the chapel to worship in the name of Jesus is proof that Christ does not yet exist in the hearts of Christians. The reason is that Jews and Christians today gather in the temple (chapel) to offer sacrifices (worship) before God because the temple of Christ has not yet been built in their hearts. Whether it was the temple in Jerusalem or the chapel today, they were all given as a type of Christ to come.

These things are no longer needed when Christ enters the human heart as Master. For Jews who lived under the law, they must believe in the Son who came in the flesh to build the temple of Christ in their hearts.

Because the time has not yet come and God has never sent His spiritual Son before Christians, Christians are still a people living under the law of the Holy Spirit, and no one has yet been born again into Christ. The fact that a believer continues to worship even after saying that he has been born again shows that something is still lacking. What they lack is the holy temple of Christ that will fill the empty hearts of Christians. When Christ enters the heart of man, he no longer needs to be taught by anyone.

The structure of the temple is focused on the salvation of human souls. The human spirit is a place like the Holy of Holies of God. In the Most Holy are the ark of the covenant, Aaron's rod that budded, and a jar of manna. The ark tells us that God is the ruler of the law. And Aaron's rod that budded represents God's omnipotence to create something out of nothing. And the jar filled with manna tells us that human life is in God's hands, and also tells us that the daily bread we need to eat is the word of God.

And the human heart is like a sanctuary where Jesus should be. In the sanctuary, you can see the table of bread, the golden candlestick, and the altar of incense. The bread table represents the body of Jesus, the golden candlestick symbolizes the true light, and the incense altar represents prayers offered to God. The flesh of Jesus, compared to the table of bread, is the word we must eat every day. In order for the human soul to live, it must eat the Word that comes from Christ. The human soul cannot live with what the world gives. A person with a happy body in this world is proof that his soul is dying. On the other hand, those who live by Christ are irritable and painful in the flesh because they have to put their body into subjection every day.

The golden candlestick in the sanctuary is the light of Christ that will illuminate our hearts. Those who do not have Christ are like living in darkness. Even if such a person sins, he does not know what sin he has committed. That is why, even after sinning, they do not repent and perish. “The lamp of your body is the snow! If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light; if your eyes are bad, your body will also be dark! Therefore, see if the light within you is not dark (Luke 11:34,35)!” Lastly, the altar of incense refers to the prayer Jesus offers to God. Those who have Christ in their hearts offer their intercession to God on behalf of Jesus Christ. But those who do not have Jesus have to pray for themselves, but God never accepts anything other than the prayers of his own Son.

What Christians today worship before God is worship waiting for the Son of God who will come spiritually before the Gentiles. Although the time has not yet come, and you have not brought your Son into the world, now, in due time, God will reveal His Son to the world. At that time, all Christians, regardless of their status, must believe in the Son sent by God and go through the process of being born again into Christ. Then you will be built up in the holy temple of Christ in your own heart. When the temple of Christ is built up in one's heart, it will stand firm and well against any wind and rain or typhoon. But he who is not in the temple in his heart will soon fall over even if the wind blows even a little.

When the Son of God comes, all the gifts, including worship, that have been given to Christians in the past will be abolished. Because that's the only way Christians can run to his son and believe. When the Son reveals himself to the world and begins the work of salvation, it means that the Father has already entrusted everything (authority) to the Son.

“When perfection comes, prophecy will pass away, tongues will cease, and knowledge will pass away! For we know in part and prophesy in part, and when the perfect comes, all things that were in part will pass away” (1 Corinthians 13:8-10).

What we need to know for sure is that the process of being reborn as a son is not the restoration of the lost first love, but that everything must be made entirely new through the Son. Because, in our worldly concept, we know that we can recover what we lost, and even if we die, we do not try to let go of the old. We must let go of the old and it will be re-formed again by the Son.

Those who cannot build a temple in their heart because they do not believe in the Son sent by God will continue to worship God by going to a building built with human hands to the end. Look at the Pharisees who did not believe in Jesus! Even today they are weeping against the walls of the temple in Jerusalem, which have fallen down. They do not believe in Jesus, but they believe in God. But he said that no one comes before the Father except through the Son. They deny Jesus, but believe in God to the end. They are really stupid They still do not realize that he who denies the Son has no Father.

Likewise, Christians today have received the Holy Spirit and everyone is calling God their Father. However, no matter how much Christians call God their Father, if Christ is not in their hearts, God will never recognize such people as His children. Because those who do not have Christ in their hearts can never become children of God.

Even though the Bible says it so clearly and clearly, there will be many Christians who are like Jews. They will admit that Jesus, who came to the land of Israel in the flesh, is the Son of God, but will never acknowledge Jesus who comes to the Gentiles like a thief through people. How can Jesus, who ascended into heaven, come again through man?

The apostle Paul testifies that Jesus entered the spirit and preached the gospel of the kingdom in the heart of the apostle Paul, but those with a hard heart cannot accept him as the Son of God who came through a human. Thus, they reject the true Son of God and go to a building built with human hands to worship God to the end. And they say they will wait until the end of the world for the Messiah who will save them. They are really stupid The Apostle Paul says that these people are under the curse of God.

Cursed are all those who are of the deeds of the law, as it is written, Cursed is anyone who does not always do all the things that are written in the book of the law” (Galatians 3:10).

There are not only Jews who are foolish, but there can be any number of fools among Christians today. Those who are proud that they have been saved by the Holy Spirit, or those who have high honors in the church, or who hold important positions will not recognize the Son sent by God. They reject the Son because their hearts are proud and exalted, and they are all in the hands of Satan.

Jesus came to the land of Israel in the flesh to save the Israelites who lived under the law from their sins. Likewise, the Son of God who comes again spiritually before the Gentiles is to come again to save the spiritual people (now Christians) who are living under the law of the Holy Spirit from their sins. When Christians believe in the Son of God who comes spiritually, the holy temple of Christ will be built in the hearts of Christians. God will recognize such a person as His child. And such a person will safely enter God's barn with wheat.
